The Process:
  • When you contact us we will set up an appointment to view the property. We will do a "walk through" and take notes and pictures of the property. We will then supply you with a quote for the desired design service. 
Pricing:
  • We can work with almost any budget so please call for a quote! Most staging fees range from $2.50 - $10.00 a square foot depending on the furnishings & accessories used to transform the property. Generally clients can expect to pay 1% - 1.5% of the asking price of their property to have it professionally staged. There is also a decorating fee of $150 per room.
  • We do have minimum staging requirements but can easily work with almost any budge... so again please call!
  • Staging contracts are on terms of 60 days. Unlike most staging companies, if our clients wish to purchase the furniture and accessories used after their contract expires we have special buy out programs available at extremely reasonable rates. In most cases our clients generally keep the furniture that we have used to stage their property as an incentive for potential buyers to purchase their property fully furnished.
